The 16th Term Telok Blangah Community Club Youth Executive Committee (TBCC YEC) met for a retreat at TBCC from 28-29 November 2009 and established its mission and vision statements:
MISSION
To bring youths of Telok Blangah together through inspiration and empowerment so as to forge a stronger community
VISION
By September 2011, to become the most prolific engine for youth initiatives in Telok Blangah
